Planning a holiday party? Now you might have already used up your party budget for the food so you will want to look into decor that are easy on the pockets.
Perfect example: scrap fabric tassel garland!
This DIY holiday decor idea is brought to us by Hello! Lucky (Read our interview with the awesome greeting card designers and paper good artists HERE). To make this, you will be dipping into your bin of fabric scraps. Or an ugly plastic bag, in my case. If you have Christmas-themed fabrics, you can use them for this great craft project, too. Cut the fabrics into rectangles, make (cut) fringes along the short sides, roll and tie with ribbons, and thread with a string. Hang your festive holiday garland above the mantel or the table where you will be serving party food. Easy, right?
If you prefer work with paper, methinks this idea can easily be modified to suit your material of choice.
